We believe in a future where local talent shapes the destiny of its own land.
At Fundación Dos Aguas, we work for the sustainable development of Rincón del Mar, Sucre, Colombia by creating educational, economic, and social opportunities that are rooted in the community and grow with it.
We walk alongside the local youth, entrepreneurs, and community leaders as they discover their potential and become the driving force behind lasting change. From access to higher education and support for youth sports, entrepreneurship and environmental conservation, every one of our initiatives responds to the real dreams and challenges of the territory.

Building Futures
We believe in the transformative power of education and opportunity. TitaNext is more than a program—it’s a bridge to a future full of real possibilities for the youth of Rincón del Mar, Colombia. We support high school students as they navigate their path to higher education or employment, offering them tools to make informed decisions and design a purposeful future. The most dedicated participants receive scholarships to finance their studies, ensuring that talent and effort are never limited by circumstance.

Proactive, creative, and passionate about photography. Studies Media Production Technology at SENA, Medellín, and leads community communication projects.

Driven by her love for animals, this sweet and committed young woman is studying Veterinary Assistant Technician in San Agustín Institute, Montería.

Consolidation and Growth
This year, TitaNext evolved into a holistic model that integrates self-awareness, career guidance, and essential skills for life and work. Participants not only design their academic and professional paths, but also lead community-based projects during school breaks, applying their knowledge in real settings. These experiences deepen their connection to the territory and give them a strong foundation for the future.

The First Generation
The first generation of TitaNext marked a bold step forward. It allowed us to fine-tune our methodology in close dialogue with the real aspirations and needs of local youth. Four scholarship recipients from this cohort are now pursuing higher education with sustained financial and emotional support, proving that when talent meets opportunity, change is unstoppable.

ENTREPRENEURSHIP LAB
Our Entrepreneurship Lab supports creative and cultural tourism ventures in Rincón del Mar. The goal: to strengthen the technical and strategic capacity of local entrepreneurs so they can develop competitive, socially rooted, and environmentally sustainable businesses in the face of growing tourism.

VETERINARY CAMPAIGNS:
Animal Wellbeing
Because quality of life also includes our four-legged neighbors, we organize veterinary days that offer free spaying/neutering, consultations, and medication to the community. We promote a culture of empathy, responsibility, and care for all beings.

THE BEGINNING: ECOTITANS
In 2018, a group of young people in Rincón del Mar (ages 10 to 14) formed “Titanes Ecológicos”: a space for learning how to see themselves as part of the local ecosystem, understand their impact, and explore how to reduce it. In 2024, the group evolved into the next step of their journey—designing their higher education plans through TitaNext.
