2025: A YEAR OF TRANSFORMATION
On September 9, a fire destroyed the rooms at Dos Aguas Lodge and left the hotel unable to operate.
The impact also reached the Foundation: the hotel had historically been its main source of funding and a key platform for driving social, environmental, and community initiatives in Rincón del Mar.
Thanks to the support of donors, allies, travelers, neighbors, and the community, we managed to sustain our essential programs through the most difficult months.
El impacto alcanzó también a la Fundación: el hotel ha sido históricamente su principal fuente de financiación y una plataforma clave para impulsar procesos sociales, ambientales y comunitarios en Rincón del Mar.
Gracias al apoyo de donantes, aliados, viajeros, vecinos y comunidad, logramos sostener los programas esenciales durante los meses más difíciles.
Este informe cuenta eso: lo que sigue vivo.
TITANEXT 2025
Measuring Impact
In 2025 Titanext continued to expand its impact in the community, ensuring it’s long-term sustainabilty. But, how do we know the real impact of the program? This year, we commited to improving our impact measurement, defining a model that allows us to know the quantitative results of the program. We already knew the high qualitative value of the program. Now, we also have concrete data to prove it.
TITANEXT 2024
Consolidation
Year 2 of Titanext consolidated an integral framework that combines self-discovery, career guidance, and training in key skills.
Young people are not only defining their career paths but also giving back to their communities through local projects. This hands-on experience strengthens their identities, broadens their horizons, and reaffirms the power of education to transform the local realities.
TITANEXT 2023
The First Generation
The beginning of Titanext came from a decision to invest in generating opportunities for the community. The first cohort gave us a better understanding of the aspirations and challenges that the young people of Rincón del Mar face when it comes to furthering their education. This allowed us to adjust our approach to meet the real needs and possibilities. Today, four scholarship recipients are building their own futures with financial support and ongoing guidance, proving that when talent meets opportunity, change is inevitable.
