On September 9, a fire destroyed the rooms at Dos Aguas Lodge and left the hotel unable to operate.<\/p>\n

The impact also reached the Foundation: the hotel had historically been its main source of funding and a key platform for driving social, environmental, and community initiatives in Rinc\u00f3n del Mar.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In 2025 Titanext continued to expand its impact in the community, ensuring it’s long-term sustainabilty. But, how do we know the real impact of the program? This year, we commited to improving our impact measurement, defining a model that allows us to know the quantitative results of the program. We already knew the high qualitative value of the program. The beginning of Titanext came from a decision to invest in generating opportunities for the community. The first cohort gave us a better understanding of the aspirations and challenges that the young people of Rinc\u00f3n del Mar face when it comes to furthering their education. This\u00a0 allowed us to adjust our approach to meet the real needs and possibilities. Today, four scholarship recipients are building their own futures with financial support and ongoing guidance, proving that when talent meets opportunity, change is inevitable.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
